Hospital Visits and Accompanying
If you or someone you know is in hospital and would like a visit, CAFPH has volunteers who would be happy to do that. If you are going for an appointment and you need some support of just someone to come with you, then contact us.

Home Visits
If you need someone to come and talk to you at home volunteers are available for home visits.
